To engage with Symantec’s best performing partners; providing them with the space & time to undergo training & gain insights into the latest industry security trends & issues.
The event needed ample time to network with fellow Symantec Knights as many of the partners from the Symantec acquisition were new to the knights programme.
We also needed to create a website & comms that would engage with the partners to ensure the event attendance targets were met.
Our Strategic Thinking
Since 2013, we have run the BlueKnights EMEA Conference across various different European destinations.
Our insight is that the partners put a lot of emphasis on the community feel of the programme and this is their annual opportunity to network with their follow knights.
As this was the first Symantec Knights conference, it was important to keep the community feel whilst still creating a professional, corporate & engaging event.
What we delivered
Our solution was to contract a conference hotel, The Myriad by Sana, in Lisbon who provided excellent conference facilities whilst also luxury rooms & ample social spaces.
We created a professional & creative environment for a 2.5 day conference with plenary sessions & a range of breakout sessions. We provided a full AV set design & support throughout the conference to ensure expert execution of the content.
The event had two networking evenings. The first, a relaxed welcome drinks reception at the hotel & the second a themed gala dinner at SUD Lisboa with Science Fiction entertainment throughout the night.
How it Performed
Through successful & engaging communications, including a fully branded registration website & personalised joining instructions the event over achieved on the client attendance targets.
The event was a huge success providing seamless conference execution & engaging at exciting networking opportunities for the Symantec Knights.
