Create and deliver an incentive for contact centre operatives over two sites in India to promote the new HTC handset and Windows 8 launch.
Corporate Innovations conceived a three month long sales incentive that culminated with the chance to win a 5 day all- expensive paid trip to Hong Kong & Macau for fifteen lucky winners. Pre-launch there was a week of on-site handset and Windows 8 training ensuring all 1500 staff were fully briefed.
At launch the contact centre was decorated and themed to link with the newly created incentive portal with the same look and feel of the primary colours and rectangular appearance of Windows 8. The posters, ceiling banners and spot prizes raised excitement levels and helped to continue engagement levels during the incentive.
The incentive portal contained all relevant information that the contact centre staff needed in support of the product launch including access to audio-visual and data manuals.
Users were encouraged time and again to visit the site to check on their progress against the various incentives that were targeted at different sales groups.
