Symantec, one of the world’s most successful antivirus security software developers wanted an incentive programme to drive sales and reward their EMEA channel partner network. It was to be a single incentive platform that could drive key behaviours through increased selling and cross selling, training to enhance product certification and encourage joint marketing and event attendance. They wanted to work with a partner who had an understanding of the cultural differences and local knowledge of the legalities of running global incentive programmes. The Symantec Symplus incentive programme had to be a truly global scheme that could combine localisation and behaviours with flexibility but without compromising compliance for tax issues in order to make the programme fully auditable.

The programme was flexible and could be used proactively and reactively to sales or market trends linked to a single incentive platform that included a fully branded MasterCard. Corporate Innovations worked quickly to provide a programme that went from concept to launch in a 12 week period that included Christmas.
