The Brief
Westcoast wanted a memorable and show stopping Christmas party for more than 600 employees across the entire Westcoast business.

Delivered
Corporate Innovations transported the 600+ employees from their 8 office locations across England, Ireland and Scotland all converging in the centre of London. Luxury hotel accommodation was organised and to kick start the festivities guests were invited to pre-Christmas party drinks. The party venue was a gigantic marquee on the South Bank decked out in a ‘Giant Christmas’ theme with large Christmas trees, huge Christmas presents, massive Christmas baubles and giant Nutcracker props. Guests were treated to a sumptuous 3 course meal, free flowing drinks and entertainment consisting of stilt walkers, hoop acts, fire shows, human drinks tables, photo booths, vodka luges and a DJ. To bring the fun and frivolities to a close, guests were transported to an after party where they could celebrate into the early hours. After an ‘all you can eat breakfast’ the following morning, employees where then transported back to where it all began.
