Engage Orange employees with a Summer Festival

Corporate Innovations has been responsible for delivering the Orange Festivals for the past 10 years, targeting all Orange employees and their families.

The objective for each has been to engage with employees and their families and to make them feel proud to be part of Orange. Events were run for the North, South and Midlands regions to accommodate all employees.

For the last series of events, we ran festivals at major family attractions such as Thorpe Park, Longleat Safari Park, Flamingo Land and West Midlands Safari Park; these venues where transformed into an Orange Park for the day.

As well as the venues having their own unique attractions, Corporate Innovations provided additional entertainment on site to create a carnival atmosphere. These included rock climbing wall, circus, face painting, balloon modellers, bungee runs, football, a young children's play area and petting zoo. We also provided activities for the adults including; massage, henna tattoos, caricaturist and even a live band.

Orange achieved the highest attendance result with over 15,000 guests attending over the weekends, each with a very positive feed back. The results of the internal survey showed a satisfaction rate of over 76% and highlighted:

• Orange as an employer of CHOICE
• An increased feeling of recognition and one giving employees a sense of being valued
• That through their experiences, Orange is a great place to work
