Corporate Innovations has been a key supplier to Orange since 1998 and were once again enrolled to assist with creating a Christmas party solution to cover the entire retail business, Oranges's retail network of employees and its head office departments.

So how do you best manage 163 parties across the country simultaneously?

This was the question Corporate Innovations was asked by Orange and as one of the leading mobile network suppliers in the country, the solution had to communicate and reflect the Orange company values.

The Corporate Innovations team approached another network-based supplier to provide the venues for parties across the country. Frankie & Benny’s, the New York Italian restaurant chain, not only reflected the brand values of Orange, it conveniently offered numerous locations near to the Orange stores across the UK.

The Corporate Innovations team booked all 163 parties, with the number of guests at each party ranging from eight to 120, and managed all event requirements from menu orders to the provision of drinks vouchers. With the assistance of the Orange Retail Communications Team, retail staff were encouraged to embrace the spirit of Christmas with themed invites and seasonal party packs.
