The conference was being held to showcase new products, engage with distributors and recognise 450 employees across the business.
As guests were coming from 15 different countries, from Kazakhstan to Ireland, Corporate Innovations chose The Hague as the central location for the convention. It provided good transport links, sufficient accommodation for 1200 people and had a large convention centre. The World Forum provided the ideal venue for 1200 delegates and offered a large auditorium to house enough exhibition space for some 30 demonstration booths. Beauticians manned the booths and demonstrated new products on the delegates themselves giving them the opportunity to sample and pre-order the new products in advance.
The Corporate Innovations team managed the entire event from creating and building the set, providing AV support and simultaneous multi-lingual translations in five languages to delegate registration and organisation of the dinner.
The team also provided speaker coaching, presentation composition and the production of the show opener to ensure that all messages and presentations were consistent with each other and the Neways brand.
The conference was closed in the evening with a gala dinner and short awards ceremony where all conference attendees had the chance for more informal networking followed by dancing!
