Carnival and family fun day for T-Mobile employees

Over 2000 guests arrived at the T-Mobile offices on a hot summers day. Each with their own ideas on how to have fun, and their own expectations on how much fun they were going to have.

The objective was to engage with employees and give their families an opportunity to see where they work. It was a relaxed environment, not too much T-mobile branding. No businesses—just lots and lots of fun.

The T-Mobile car park and grounds were transformed into a fun space with a carnival atmosphere and activities for children of all ages including a rock climbing wall, circus, face painting, balloon modellers, bungee runs, football, a young children's play area and petting zoo. Activities for the adults included; massage, henna tattoos, caricaturist and even the T-Mobile Street Gig with a live band performing.

This was the first family fun day organised by T-mobile for their employees and it has been so successful, they have already booked another.
