Keeping employees engaged when England are playing in world-wide sporting events can sometimes be challenging, but not for T-Mobile for the England vs Trinidad & Tobago match on 15th June.

Held at T-Mobile’s offices in Hatfield, a Caribbean football environment was created for employees; colourful chairs, parasols and bamboo with entertainment from a steel band, limbo dancers and a coconut shy. A number of screens were provided on-site for those who wanted to watch the match.

Entertainment was provided in the form of inflatable penalty shootouts, football skills and a surf wave machine.

A real carnival atmosphere was created and everyone got into the swing of the event with a pre-match BBQ, cold drinks and ice creams—ready for a crucial game in the competition.
