When Neways wanted to encourage 1200 Neways members to recruit new sales members they approached experienced conference organisers Corporate Innovations to help them achieve their goals.

The conference had many guises and a venue had to be sourced to accommodate all their requirements. The ICC in Birmingham provided everything Neways needed to deliver their messages. The ICC tiered auditorium provided the perfect platform for Neways to present live case studies on stage. Its impressive acoustics and viewing platforms enhanced the event as the delegates could see and hear everything. The delegates also received sales technique training from Neways specialists enabling them to see the potential rewards available to them. Top distributors were awarded on stage for their fantastic performance throughout the year.

A product demonstration suite was used to introduce the Neways recently launched new product range with full product displays and on the day sales and distribution availability.
The evening’s gala dinner was a chance for the distributors to let their hair down with a live band and disco providing the entertainment. The prize for the member who sells the most products is a new mini and to help motivate and encourage members to maximise their sales opportunities a new mini was put on display in the centre of the dining area.

Corporate Innovations managed the event registration for 1000 delegates, all with accommodation requirements placed across 4 hotels in Birmingham. We arranged the travel and conference experience for key VIPs from America with 5 nights in luxury accommodation, prestige transfers and dinners during their stay.
