1st class destination for NARS overachievers- Monaco

The NARS overseas incentive trip was to reward their management team who had overachieved against objectives in their last financial year. It was an incentive trip designed to make all delegates feel very, very special.

We chose a destination that was 1st class, one that oozed luxury, sophistication, beauty and an air of exclusivity. We chose a destination that would appeal to all the delegates. We chose Monaco.

We developed an itinerary that provided an excellent balance between free time and organised activities that included excursions, luxury spa treatments, panoramic helicopter tours and an exclusive boat trip aboard the luxurious “Pearl of Riviera”.

We provided a selection of the finest restaurants for guests to dine in, the famous Villefranche for lunch as well as Zebra Square and the Visa Palace for evening dinners.

The mix of activities we provided enabled the delegates to relax, unwind, and share their experiences with the rest of the team. An important criteria for the trip.

NARS - Indulging in Dubai

NARS (Nationwide Accident Repair Services) wanted to thank their over achievers in a special way. A destination was chosen that would ensure first class service all the way … Dubai! In order to keep the element of surprise the event location was kept a secret right up until the last minute.

Flights from 4 different locations were co-ordinated and luxury airport transfers and fast track through immigration were arranged to ensure guests were transferred with the utmost ease.

Activities on the trip included dune bashing in 4x4s, sand boarding, a helicopter excursion, lunch at the revolving restaurant and an evening at a Bedouin camp. The highlight of the trip was the final evening where guests enjoyed a fabulous 3-course dinner at the world famous 7 star luxurious Burj al Arab.

Whilst the theme for the trip was luxury, extravagance, indulgence and style; NARS were still aware of their carbon footprint and calculated the number of tonnes of Carbon omitted from their total airfuel. This was then offset by planting the associated number of trees in Devon.
